GOOD HEALTH AND JOY THAT'S HERE TO STAY
As the
whole world awaits a new century’s beginning,
Our people convene to acknowledge their sinning
And ask for forgiveness with confident prayer
With wishes for New Year blessings to spare.
So we’ll say goodbye
to a hot, humid season,
Take stock of last year, and find a good reason
To reflect on our actions and look for a sign
In all that transpired in 5759.
Esther’s book sales
have started to hum
At Borders, Barnes & Noble and amazon.com
As she took on new projects, work started to pile and
She found some relief in White Lake and Long Island.
After six years in
Boston, Jack had a great notion
To move to Jerusalem, across the great ocean.
He set up his office in Old Katamon
With his keyboards, computers, and many a phone.
With
college behind him, Sim, older and wiser.
Went off to Ramah as JC Adviser.
He’s waiting for just the right job to appear
So he can get started and build his career.
Shuly produced a new
Israel guide,
With lots of descriptions and details inside.
Went "Just for Laughs" to Old Montreal.
Saw four shows with Al. Yep, they had a ball.
Al traveled the world
from Orlando to Cannes

A new SKA Web site with Torah from Saba,
Cookies from Grandma, and Kronikles from Aba.
Once again it's holiday
time,
And a new opportunity to put into rhyme
Our wish that the year 5760 will be
Happy and healthy for your family.
